- Evening Practice Schedule
- 5pm – 6pm: 8 and under
- 6pm – 7pm: 9-12 year old
- 7pm – 8pm: 13 and up
- Morning Practice Schedule
- MTWF
- 8-9am: Speed Practice: For Any Age Swimmers Legal in All Four Strokes
- 9-10am: Skill Practice: For Any Age Swimmer to Work On Stoke Technique (John Notes: I said to 11 in the meeting, it's actually just until 10.)
- Thursdays 9:15am-10am: All Swimmers
- Stroke Clinic MTWF
- By Coach Invite or Request
- Reduced Numbers to Allow for More Direct Instruction
- 11 & Up: 8:30 - 9:00 AM
- 8 & Under: 9:00 - 9:30 AM
- 9-10: 9:30 - 10:00 AM

- Make your Swimmer Eligible for All Events Now!
- Sign up for Time Trial Events by Wednesday! You can sign up your swimmer for all the events, they will swim all the events,Except 8 and under IM.
- Being eligible does not guarantee a spot In “A” Meets, but helps the coachesmake selections.
- Your Swimmer will Swim in “B” meet events they do not swim in “A” Meets.
- Put your swimmer in events they are “legal” for
- For “A” meets they should be able to complete the event
- For “B” meets and Time Trials: if you think the can do it, “B” meet and Time Trial serves as the test
- Please sign up for Jobs now
- Each Family Needs to Sign Up for 5 jobs before the first “A” meet.
- Deck Prep is Great for SSL hoursHospitality is One thing that Makes our Team great(But neither count as “Jobs” for the families)
- A closer bond between QOSTC and The Otters is coming in 2026
- They will be the financial backer of the club
- They will take on most of our costs
- For most families nothing will change
- We will rewrite our bylaws to reflect the new arrangement
