We will have a celebration cake, trophy presentations, swim with our teammates and have our yearly slideshow. Please bring a picnic dinner or food truck may be available. An email with more information will be sent out closer to the date. *Location subject to change due to weather. |

Availability / interest for meet jobs will be determined closer to the date depending on meet / host pool needs. At a minimum: We will need a ribbon writer; clerk of course; times and stroke/turn official. Officials, please give your name to the A reps if you are available to be considered for any position. Superstars is the time to shine! This is a tri-team meet and the end of the B Meets. Review Superstar/Divisional guidelines if you are unsure about entries. Timeline : Arrive by 4:45 for swimmers to check in with the coaches and volunteers to check in with the reps. QO Warm ups: 5:00 - 5:15P 5:00 Stroke and turn meeting 5:10 Timer meeting 5:30 Meet start Theme: Otter Green and White *New this year* We are asking parents to bring a poster for their swimmer instead of a balloon, just like at divisionals! Posters should be half poster board size. Please see a returning parent or board member for questions and examples. |

Make a poster for your swimmer! You will hang them at Superstars and Divisionals this week whichever your swimmer is participating in. Bring half of a poster paper per swimmer, pictures, markers, crayons, glitter, whatever you would like to use to celebrate your swimmer! |

Save the Date! Calling all 9 and unders & Pre-Team Otters. The Mini Meet will be held on Sunday, July 12 at Manchester Farm Pool. THEME AVENGERS! Swimmer parade at 8:50 AM and meet starts at 9:00 AM. Exact warm-up time 8:00 or 8:15 AM TBD. This is a great opportunity for a relaxed meet experience. No disqualifications, ribbons handed out and lots of fun! Entry fee $12.
